These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of The Invisible Load System (the "Product"), a digital guide published by Anchor Health ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Product

The Product is a digital PDF guide sold for a one-time price of $12. It is delivered electronically. There is no physical item, subscription, or recurring charge.

2. Purchases and delivery

Payment, order confirmation, and delivery of the Product are handled by our checkout provider, Selar. When you buy the Product, your purchase is completed on Selar and the download is made available to you through Selar and by email. Your use of Selar is also subject to Selar's own terms and policies.

3. License and permitted use

When you purchase the Product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the Product or its contents, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

4. Refunds

The Product is covered by a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. To request a refund, email us within seven days of purchase. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Product, including its text, worksheets, templates, and design, is owned by Anchor Health and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

6. Educational purpose and no medical advice

The Product is an educational, practical resource. It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional care. Please read the full disclaimer at the bottom of this page and seek professional help if you need it.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using the Product.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Product. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Product after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
