Refund Policy

We want The Invisible Load System (the "Product") to genuinely help. If it does not, we do not want to keep your money.

The 7-day, no-questions-asked guarantee

The Product is covered by a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. If you do the Map It worksheet and it does not help you get the invisible load out of your head and into the open, you can request a full refund within seven days of your purchase. There is nothing to send back, and nothing to justify.

How to request a refund

Email us at admin@ridaus.com within seven days of your purchase. Please include the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order. That is all we need.

How refunds are processed

Because payment is handled by our checkout provider, Selar, refunds are returned to your original payment method through Selar. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Digital product

The Product is a digital download. The guarantee above is offered voluntarily, in addition to any rights you may already have under the consumer laws that apply where you live.
